Recently purchases a 2007 Amada lc 3015 XI NT 4kw laser but unfortunately don't have any paperwork or manuals with the machine. is there anywhere or anyone who could help with this? i currently work a 2013 Amada Alpha 4 lc 2415 2.5kw and understand the basics of height test's, lens cleaning, lens alignment. any tips and help would be appreciated!

I do think i have all manuals for the X1 so if its something you need too know i can take a photo and send you an email.
How long do you run before change of laser gas in resonator?
Make sure your cutting head is clean inside or you can get strange errors from this.

thats great, good to know there are people are out there with some knowledge with this machine. we was told in the training to change the laser gas every 18 hours using the scale on the maintenance tab/page, however this seems strange as 1 50L bottle of laser gas would last 3 months on our 2.5kw machine, i understand the X1 will you use more being a 4kw machine but 18 hours is stupid, think we will be keeping our eye on the gauge on the bottle

Our laser gas from BOC lasts abouit 4weeks. 18 hours is just silly..

We run for 24h beam hour befor change or max 48 hour. (Every two days)
Mitsubishi states every 3 days.

Out laser gas bottle last for about 9 month.

Lens should be cleaned after each shift. Make sure not to touch the lens without finger cots or gloves on. The coating on the lenses is very easily scratched. Do you have a polarization filter to check for lens stress?
Good luck

Cheers for the tips! machine is being a right bitch, problem after problem so amada are coming out to do some proper training and set the machine up properly. we don't have a polarization filter, where could we get one?

Finally some good news, Amada have been out and have done a great job fixing problems, and showing us around the machine,

none of the beds were moving, so one fault was the bed not hitting a sensor so basically didn't know where the bed was in correspondence with the chain, the other bed has a faulty plc which stops the bed moving up and down.

a problem with nitrogen cutting turned out to be we need 3 inputs into the machine, purge, low pressure, and high pressure, we only had low pressure and a purge so the machine was throwing alarms when anything over 10bar of nitrogen was being cut, problem will be fixed by installing a third pipe with 25bar allowing the machine to cut with high pressure nitrogen

can finally see the bright side haha
