Amada Software CSV Format

Hello,

I am hoping there is someone who has experience with Amada laser software Dr Abe. I had to restore the settings recently and I didn't back up my csv setting and now for the life of me, I can get it to work. Keeps showing CVS format is wrong. I have been using these csv's for over a year and now I cant seem to correct the formate.

Here is a sample of the csv

PART NAME,PART COMMENT,MATERIAL TYPE,MATERIAL THICKNESS,PART QTY,LASER MATERIAL NAME
\\Gdtmain\simain backup\DXF FILES\SD36-SP-2.DXF,WO077996,T316,0.060,1,SH16GA-2B-316-2

and here is the display setting

It all seems in order but I keep getting the CSV format is wrong msg.

Don't know if this will help much, but here is what my settings look like:
