Ammonia dosing pump

Cuurently at work we are using a manually operated ammonia dosing pump, and we would like to change it to an automated version. The pump is used to dose ammonia at the power plant that consists of 6 units. Initially it used to dose ammonia and hydrazine, but now it is only used for dosing ammonia only.

I would like to know who does one go about into changing a pump from a manually operated version to an automated one
