Well there doesnt seem to be any problems over that... What do u want to know?

Is the concrete building existing? Was it, or will it be designed for these loads? I assume you mean laterally and that the steel is not going on top of the concrete building

It is not something I would want to do. Consider a flagpole, pinned at the base and laterally braced a quarter of the way up the pole; if the total wind on the pole is "H", then the force on the brace is 2H and the reaction at the base is (-)H.

Michael.
Timing has a lot to do with the outcome of a rain dance.

If certain rigidity/deflection ratios are met, you should be able to use the top of the concrete structure as the seismic base for the steel structure analysis.

If you speak in generalities, you will get general answers.
If you want a specific answer, please ask a specific question.

Otherwise, we will be of little help here.
