I am trying to find more information about anchored end span bridges. If anyone could point me to any articles about these types of bridges I would appreciate it. Thanks

Thanks. I found that article and another steel bridge that won an award in Ohio and another one in Florida.

I am mainly interested how the end spans are anchored and the details associated with the anchorage and abutments.

We've done a few steel girder bridges where we had uplift at the abutments resisted by piles cast in drilled shafts.

Were you interested in the tie-downs between the girders and abutment cap, or the geotechnical resistance?

Seems like ages ago we designed a 270' concrete bridge tied down at abutments. Link
Let me know if you are interested in the plans.
