Animated Splash form

i have added a splash for to my project, i want it to be more fancy, like words floating arround, or pictures blinking , any thing thatll add some thing attractive in it by using any type of animation. what should i do or where should i look?

Make a avi movie of the desired animation using something like Macromedia Director or Adobe Premiere / After Effects and then just playing the file on the splash screen form.
