Annotations Shifting About

I hope someone can help me here.

I have our company templates set-up with all the text looking like I want it to. I am using a standard Arial font for all the text. For some reason when I go to print the template all the text shrinks in size and shifts slightly. I do see this on my print preview screen but do not see the shifting of text on the drawing viewport. Any ideas why my machine is going crazy?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. when the templates are printed from another user's computer it prints fine. Am I missing a checkmark in the System Options dialog or is it something else.

Are you printing to the same printer and if so, are you using the same printer driver? I notice that printing to different printers causes my text to print differently.
