Anode mass - Surface area (DNV-RP-B401)

Hi!

Suppose you have a flange connection as shown below

Would you exclude the surface area of the bolts on the "inside" of the bolt holes, when calculating required anode mass?

Is such an exclusion supported by DNV-RP-B401?
