hi,
i'm working on a 28" sealine.
I selected a 28" WN flange ANSI B16.47 #150. I need a 28" lap joint flange to make the connection between the sealine and the onshore section of the pipeline, but the standard (ANSI B16.47) does not give any information about it.
how can i make this connection? Is there any standard that give instruction about this installation?

hello Mboundi,

You need to purchase a large-diameter lap joint flange that has been designed using Appendix 2 rules. I'm sure that there are various suppliers whom you can use for this, but here's a fabricator whom you can contact: I don't think they sell direct, but will put you in touch with a supplier.

This may be too late to be of help, but here it is anyway.
