ANSYS ERROR - Access Denied

Hi, i have just reinstalled Ansys 11 having upgraded to Vista 64-bit. The problem i have, when i start the license it gives me an error saying ACCESS DENIED. I thought this might be my firewall but i have disabled it and the problem still remains.

Any ideas???

AFAIK, for Vista a special version of Ansys should exist, or at least a patch. Check in your Customer's Portal...

You must use v11.0sp1. Is the license server on the same machine?
