Ansys help

I need to do some analysis for a femur(thigh bone) in Ansys Workbench. I need to change the angle of the femur in order to determine the force required(directed perpendicular to the head of the femur) to cause a 2mm deflection. I don't really know how to do this.

Any tips on how to change the angle of an object and how to introduce a force to cause a deflection would be very helpful

What do you have for a model presently? I.e. are you modelling the femur in ANSYS Workbench, or are you importing a model from a CAD program such as SolidWorks? What would you like to change the angle of the femur relative to?

might be worth a look for the calculation of reaction forces. "Setup" in "Static Structural" has the option of applying a displacement to an area or nodes, solving will then give you the reaction forces as touched upon in the link above.

I imported the model from SolidWorks.

Well the bottom of the femur is fixed, and the force is applied perpendicular to the head of the femur.
