Ansys results

Hi,
I am doing a nonlinear analysis of concrete in Ansys.
Its a simply supported beam with a UDL at centre.

Which results should i consider for a safe design.
I got von mises stress, principal stresses and the X,Y,Z-components of stress?
And where can i get the detailed properties of common concrete with whom i need to compare the results.
