Hello all,

I am working my way through this tutorial: and have come to a sudden stop when trying to enter the earthquake data (frequency vs acceleration data table). ANSYS prompts me to enter a Library file (.xml) containing multiple data records. My data is however stored in two columns in a .txt file, obtained from MATLAB calculations. I tried converting the MATLAB data to an .xml file but ANSYS WB does not accept that file either.

Can anyone help me create this .xml library file?

Best regards, Einar

By creating some arbitrary frequency vs acceleration data table in ANSYS WB, one can export it and see the format in which WB wants it's data tables. I opened the exported file in WordPad, copy pasted my values in the appropriate places (values separated by a comma) and saved it. Then it is Workbench compatible!
