Ansys Workbench: Ansys creating duplicate named selection and contacts after refresing model

Hi all,
As mentioned in the title, I have switched off the automatic contact creation, but still when I refresh the model, Ansys creates, duplicate named selections and contacts. That option (Auto detect contact on attach) shows again when I had switched it off!
Any idea on how to resolve this issue?
