ansys workbench error

Hi,I was trying to simulate my 3d model in workbench some times but I faced to some error as follow I will attach it.I imported my model designed in solidworks in design modeler of workbench successfully ,then in model section I mesh it without any problems and I give necessary constrains to my model,when I start analyzing my model and then gain simulation result some error takes place to interrupt to make results for the analysis,If some one have related information about occurred problem I will be very thankful to him/her for the help.

Solid226 is a multi-physics element for coupled thermal-electric-structural analysis.

It seems that it is not available - as the error message says, the recommendation is to write to Ansys, give them your product licence number, the company name, and the error, and they will for sure know why this happens.

Mr. kostson thanks a lot for your help and guidance on the issue ,but I have another question about occurred error and I want to know about existence solution/s inside of software itself that can help me to overcome on this problem .In the ansys workbench for refusing problems such this is there some where inside of workbench to determine element type for my model or the software itself assigns element type to my model automatically?

As I said again, send this to ansys support, that is what is recommended.

Hi,

In the second picture (with ellipse red) explain the error: License used: Premium,
But SOLID226 need Enterprise license.
That's reason.
Change license to Enterprise and run again
