Anti rust product comparison

Hi,

I have two anti-rust products.
This (G-15 Soft film rust Inhibitor oil) is what we currently use but due to shortage we need to find alternative. This (CRC Soft seal heavy film) was only available.

I would like to what I should compare to see the alternative is okay for use.

Have used LPS in the past and seems to work well.

Is this just to protect parts sitting on the shelf or will they see worse conditions?
You can't cover or enclose them?
