Any API Standard that determines where to release the discharge of any Seal POT PSV

Is there any Standard that I can use as a reference to where to release any discharge from the Pressure Safety Valves of the Seal Pot of a pump?

Not sure if you would find anything specifically for seal pots, but API-521 would be a good reference covering pressure relieving and depressuring systems.
