Any benefits of piling beneath concrete slab?

Hello, I am planning to construct a concrete slab about 7' by 8', 3" thick over a sloping grassed area (about 5" difference between highest and lowest points), for the seating of a water tank (say 500-1000 litres). The slab will be level, where the lower soil level will be filled with gravels.

Will the slab tilt over time, in view of theconstant weight of the tank and the surrounding area is grassland without drain? If it would, could sticking bakau piling across the area prevent tilting?

Thanks.

I take it this is a home handy man job. This really isn't the forum for this question.... But to give you a quick answer. It really depends on your soil conditions. I'd also question the need for the slab itself. What is its role?

My father and I put a 15,000L (poly tank) on a similar slope at his home. We excavated it flat used bedded sand and dynamically compacted with hand tools. Its been there for over a decade now.
