Any good books on MathCAD and VB Script??

I am looking for a good reference book for MathCAD 2001i Professional. I have found several general MathCAD books at the store but does anyone have a favorite or any suggestions?

Also, does anyone know a good source or website for learning VB Script for MathCAD? Again, tons of general books to look through. I am well versed in programming and have figured out the basics using the examples from the Help section but would like to expand.
