Hi!
We are researching if there are any programs out there that can open .prt & .catpart files without an expensive license fee. We tested Fusion 360 which was perfect for importing the models to view and make a quick reference drawing but found out it is cloud based and not Itar compliant. Does anyone have any suggestions on programs we can look into? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!

Most software programs that support Parasolid or ACIS won't be inexpensive because those CAD kernels are pricing. If your geometry files can be converted into STEP format, then some inexpensive CAD modelers can read it, such as FreeCAD.
