Now this might seem like a troll question but I'm asking some real genuine advice.
Engineering is one of the few work, i'm in an disadvantage in the looks department.

Tip #1: When travelling for work, always buy everyone's plane tickets with your personal card. That way, you get the free airline miles and you have the company reimburse your money.
Tip #2: Mint flavoring in your coffee can easily cover the smell of a LOT of alcohol. Especially if you have a cup w/ a straw.
Tip #3: Work on the western side of your country, so you can leave your office early once the busybody "easterners" have gone home.

On your first day, figure out who the funniest person in the office is, then rip a gnarly joke at their expense. That should gain you the respect of everyone else and they should back off once you've asserted your comedic dominance, regardless of your appearance.

Always keep your face mask on and wear dark glasses. That should nullify the issue with the looks department. In the old days it was good to always have a clipboard or a file folder with you as you walked around, in today's climate keep your laptop or tablet with you so your co-workers and boss think you are very busy.

Also: Record every conversation you have with your boss and peers. That way you can blackmail them as req'd. If you're lucky enough to record your boss using a slur, you can never be fired annnnnd you can use the same slurs openly once you're in the same boat. Win-win.

Unfortunately I'm extremely good looking. So I can't relate to what OP sees in the mirror.

But I'm glad to hear it is not a troll post.

@Robert_Yeh

It seems likely that English is not your first language.

I suggest that you delete your original post and replace it with one that you spend a bit more time on.

Get a copy of 'The Unwritten Laws of Engineering'

People joke but I do know people that record every conversation. At a minimum taking notes of every call / discussion is important. There's a large group of engineers (predominantly senior people with 20+ years experience) that seem to have selective memory about conversations or rely on communicating via phone only to avoid having a paper trail so that they can later fuck you over if things go south.

Yea, make sure you have an excellent sense of humor and humility. Few offices are ever more harsh than the engineering office bc ultimately our work has to be correct, so peer reviews in every aspect of your work and life are part of the daily routine.

Calculate everything in base eight.

Use non-standard units. Pipe flow velocities are much more fun when expressed as furlongs per fortnight or parsecs per picosecond or as a fraction of the speed of light (BTW, 1 parsec per picosecond equals approximately 1.855x10^32 furlongs per fortnight). The miner's inch is useful for flow rates. Earthwork and concrete volumes can be expressed as bushels or cords or shots. Lengths should always be expressed in angstroms. And so on.

When printing a final set of plans on mylar, print on both sides to save money.

If and when you become a supervisor or even a boss, walk through the office late on a Friday afternoon and tell everyone "Thank you all for working so hard. Take tomorrow off." (I've actually done this. Fortunately "my people" knew and appreciated my sense of humor.)

And that's just for starters. :)
