Seeing as you're limited on eyes supply (only 2, and they don't grow back when you ruin them), I'd stay with the "better" brands.
Have my 3M Speedglas set about 8-10 years now, and even though I'm not a pro welder I spend quite some time with my hood on. Definitely something I'd recommend.
Besides that, there's Jackson, and I believe all welding companies (Miller, Lincoln, Esab, ...) also offer decent quality helmets.

Haha ,I have heard a lot about esab sentinel. I think then I should get that one.

I have one of the Harbor Freight Helmets it works very well. The auto-darkening makes welding a whole lot easier.

I have the Lincoln Viking helmet and find it to be a very good value. I don't have a lot of autodark experience so I have limited comparisons I can make.

I have a HF helmet too. Used it for Tig welding quite a bit...but it has issues with sensor locations, and would not reliably darken in some situations (usually when doing close work on small stuff). I went and got a good quality Lincoln helmet and haven't had any issues with it.

I have a Speedglas auto-darkening helmet. It was made by Hornell and came from the local welding gas supplier. I have been happy with it.

Thank you guys I have got the esab sentinel its great!

Do not minimize or ignore the important fashion statement that can be made with a badass welding helmet

I like the look of the "TANKMAN" model

Go with the autodarkening, but make sure there are four sensors. The helmets with two sensors will not always sense the arc when you are welding in a deep groove.

And all those helmets are almost certainly made in china.
What isn't made in china these days? (Other than gerrymandering of course, there is no desire to offshore that.)

I use a Jackson Big J welding helmet, the extra large glass gives you the ability to see the welding area without too much trouble. This helmet is also available with auto darkening if you want and can afford that. I also have one of the Harbor Freight auto darkening helmets which I do not use for TIG welding because it does not always darken when I want it to.

You are judged not by what you know, but by what you can do.
