Anyone have problems using the Chamfer Dimensioning tool in Drawing

When we try to use the Chamfer Dim. Tool in Drawing,
it gives us a Runtime Exception Error and terminates Catia.
We just started using Catia v5r17sp6

The only thing I know about the runtime error, is that it happened to me. I believe it was because my computer didn't have the power needed to run the program (RAM, GRAPHICS CARD,HARD DRIVE, ECT). You may need to upgrade your computer before being able to do much with CATIA. Good luck.
