Anyone knows the civil and structure design code of Bolivia in South America

As above, anyone has design experience in Bolivia and what codes and standards they adopt for structure design

Up to 2016, Bolivia did not have nationwide building code. A push for IBC and IGCC (International Green Construction Code) has since ensued, but the current state is unknown.

Google shows a Reglamento Boliviano de la Construccion originally issued in 2012, although I don't see it listed on the vice ministry website.
