Anyway to get the old STAAD Pro to come up in the Connect edition? 1

Who I work for is using the STAAD "connect" edition. Is there anyway within that to get STAAD Pro to come up (or the STAAD Pro V8i toolbars)?

When I first get into the program, a window pops up that says "STAAD.Pro is configured to log usage against the following licenses....", and one of them is "STAAD.Pro".....so I am wondering is there anyway I can get to the old version in this version? Thanks.

When we first came out with the Connect Edition in 2015 there was briefly a way to force it into the old user interface, but we did not maintain that in the updates since. For some tips on the user interface, start here:

Thanks Seth. I'm forced into connect here......man do I miss the old V8i version.

Seth, I've been looking all over the place for the command where I can measure from node to node (and get that number to pop up). Do you know where that is in connect?

Go to the Utilities tab, then Node Tools all the way on the left side of the ribbon: "Node-to-Node Distance"
