We are manufacturing the products for API-17D (Mud line suspension system)with monogram,our products are having ACME threads with various diameters. For most of the threads (ACME) we are not having the production gauges ,currently we are checking with Template,Soft gauges,3 -wire methods and Mating component as per the our internal procedure.Here my question is that
1.Weather my internal procedure is acceptable or not?.
2.Weather API spec Q1,is calling for checking the threads with in which clause.
kindly give me suitable.
