Can anyone point out any sites to download api standard PDFs for free....or i need api 2000 7th edition. What difference is it from the 5th edition of 1998 . I prepared a spreadsheet with the old one....does it still give proper undisputed results?

As an engineer you have to buy the standards you design to, or sign up for a subscription service or whatever.
