API 2510 Piping Requirements 1

Hi all.
In the API 2510 standard, section 8 indicates that: The pipes of the facilities covered in this standard must comply with the provisions of ASME B31.3; with the exception that the pipe that falls below the exclusion provided for in section 300.1.3 (e) of ASME B31.3 must be constructed in accordance with the provisions of ASME B31.4.

However, in ASME B31.3 I only find the numeral 300.1.3 until subsection (d). Someone knows in what version of the standard or where I can find the aforementioned subsection 300.1.3 (e) that indicates the API.

If anyone have a version prior to 1996 of ASME B31.3, which can verify if in that version there is the famous section 300.1.3 (e) mentioned in API 2510, it would be very helpful.

If possible, I would ask you to share the 1993 version of ASME B31.3, since it is impossible to get it on the Internet because it is so old.
