API 521 vs. 537/752

I have scanned through the copy of the API 521 that I have and cannot find any recommendations as far as distances from other equipment. I know that in 2510 the recommendations is 100 feet from active process and that is for storage. I recall every refinery that I have been to has has at least 250 feet from any equipment (other than a seal pot) or process, However I cannot find a number from an RP. Any help or direction?
