There is any corrosion resistance limitation please let me know if any standard acceptance criteria? This pipes are API 5L Gr.B ERW 450 mm Pre insulated pipes. Photos attached here.

Unless it's got pitting or imperfections that exceed 12.5% of the wall thickness, it meets the 5L criteria.

As LittleInch said, "What's wrong with them?" Typical rust bloom from outside storage.
