API 5L Grade B psl1 Pipe, min elongation % 1

Hi all can anyone guide me on the min value of % elongation for API5L Grade B ,PSL 1 pipe, as from the formulae stated in code I cant decipher what value to put in for A, full section specimens, round bar specimens etc., how does one determine which specimen type the mill/manufactures has undertaken from simply reviewing material certification.

The type and the size of tensile test specimen shall be indicated in the test certificate, see API-5L 45th edition subclause 10.1.3.2.c). I do not have the most recent 46th edition on hand, so please check if this subclause is still valid.
