Possible? maybe, but you need to decide if the differences are within your ability to accommodate or not.

Generally API 5L doesn't like going much below -40C

You need a materials engineer and also look at the physical properties you need and the differences between them.

Not likely but you need to check with manufacturers.

You forgot to mention some critical information. You don't even say what you want to do with this pipe.

Thanks all of you. this pipe would apply in an area between pressure vessels. I have not more details about design. we received this order from our client and only thing they have mentioned on that was impact test in -55 c. their order was for ASTM A671 but we can't supply this material right now and going to offer them API 5L grade b.

Well good luck trying to convince your client about that. ASTM 571 cc60 also seems to come in a large variety of grades.

5L grade B isn't the same as grade x52 and psl1 is a lower grade than psl2.

Your A671 Gr CC60 belongs to T group CS-C (refer B31.1 Appendix-VIII) for which min temperature is more than 29 deg C. It is doubtful whether you can use API 5L Gr X 52 for temperature -55 deg C as all alloy steel/CS pipes has min temp more than -29 deg C. You may have to use other metals like Nickel alloy etc.

We purchased CC70 pipe, impact tested at -55C nearly 30 years ago for a project in Scotland. All WPS were qualified at -55C as well of course. Nickel content of filler metals was 1.0% max. Max thickness of pipe was a bit greater than 2 inches. It would appear that the appropriate Code of Design/Construction would be ASME B31.3 - not B31.1.
