API 602 VS API 600

Could anybody help me on the substitute of gate valve as below?
2" A216 WCB 300#RF API 600 GATE VALVE is to be replaced by 2" A105N 300#RF API 602 GATE VALVE. Any exta procedures are required or technical deviation is to be done?
