I would like to know what there's about vibration level in pipe in this API

API-614 is a standard regarding oil and auxoillary systems. Pipe vibration is not covered.

There is nothing on "level", only a few "motherhood" statements. Here is a relevant extract from ISO 10438-1 (the ISO version of API 614 chapter 1), it is general guidance:
