API 650, Bottom Plate & Annular plate

Dear all,

Which section of API 650 tell regarding the annular plate is not required for small tanks??

in my case , tank is 6m dia and 6m height, Design as per API 650. So my question is wheather we need to provide annular plate?? or Bottom plate is enough?

What are your shell stresses and bottom course material?

Bottom.material and shell material A36

Not Required but I am assuming low stresses for that size of tank. See section 5.5 of 650 for more info.
