Do we really need to construct the nomographs shown in API-650, Appendix P?
CAESAR II gives automatically the allowed radial force, and the allowed circunferencial and longitudinal moments.
So after run the piping flexibility analysis we just need to compare the values above mentioned with the piping loads (force and moments in the same directions) given by the computed analysis?
Is this right? If so, what for are the nomographs?
