API 653 / NFPA 30 inspection for petroleum tanks question

I'm an intern at a pipeline company and I'm trying to figure out what an NFPA 30 inspection entails and whether or not it's part of the API 653 inspection process. I know what the NFPA 30 and API 653 regulations are, I just don't know what's required in the inspections.
