A Standard API Flanges are attached to a non-standard parts(designed by customer)to make an equipment. All inspection for flanges and the non standard equipment parts done as per API 6A, PSL 3 apart from one exception: API Flange to customer designed part weld joint cannot under go volumetric NDE Inspection due to design constraints so only WF MPI done for those joints. The flanges are monogrammed as per API 6A, PSL 3. The whole assembly is hydrotested for a pressure rating of 10K.

What should be mentioned in the Certificate of Conformance?
A. Only flanges designed, manufactured and tested as per API 6A, rest of the assembly customer design which was manufactured and tested as per purchase order requirements.

B. Whole assembly designed, manufactured and tested as per API 6A requirements.

C Whole assembly designed, manufactured and tested as per purchase order requirements. (No mention of API 6A)

Any guidance in this regard will be much appreciated.

I am sorry, I can't provide the picture.
It is piece of 5 inch dia pipe with few outlets on top, bottom and sides. All outlets are API Monogrammed Flanges. All the flange to pipe joints were proposed by Client. Volumetric NDE was possible for only side flange to pipe weld joints. Top and bottom outlets could neither be checked by RT nor UT.
