Appendix 13, 13-14 External Pressure

I'm making some spreadsheets to do figure 13-2(a), sketch 1. I used the PTB-4 example to do the internal pressure calculations but now I'd like to add the external pressure calculations as well. 13-14(a), no issues, but for 13-14(b), is there a formula for figure 13-14(a), or a chart of the plots? Like table UG-33.1 has for Do/2ho for Ko of ellipsoidal heads.

I'd like to use lookups or formulas so that I don't have to physically go to the table and make an 'estimate' of the KA & KB coefficients.

Cobra17, I hope you can find tabular data or suitable equations. But, if not is it possible, thru the use of on-line calculators, to arrive at a useable regression equation.

You'd only have to carefully pick data off the chart and let the engine do the work
