I have a design per appendix 13 but I want to know if I can model it on COMPRESS or other software. Ithe answer in COMPRESS is yes, I would like your help.

Nope, Compress can't handle non-circular vessels.

Time to practice your manual calculation methods (spreadsheets / etc...).

aard, Codecalc has an Apx 13 module. In my limited experience it works reasonably well. Unfortunately CC is not available as a stand-alone license, one must buy PVElite. Curiously, it appears PVE does not do Apx 13.
