Need your suggestions for below:

Per Appendix J (J1.1) any tank assembled at shop shall not be more than 6.0 meter in dia, but we have one tank more than 6.0 meter in dia (6.4 meter) so this can be fabricate at shop if client allowed (J1.2). Still this comes under API 650. but not in App J?

If your API Inspector, and the customer agree [in writing], your tank can be shop-fabricated under Appendix J. There is nothing "magic" about the 6-meter limitation. And 6.4-meters, when rounded off tho the nearest meter, is 6 meters.

How big a tank can you get a transportation permit for? We regulary build tanks 24' to 30' (7.3m - 9.1m) in diameter in the shop (Canada).
