Has anyone else ran across this warning?
What does it mean?

It appears that somehow your standards files (in this case hole data) is not being found by NX.

First thing you need to do is to check that the 'modeling_standards' folder is located in the UGII folder. And if it's there, that it contain 5 hole standard's files.

Now if that's OK, you need to verify whether the following environment variables...

UGII_SCREW_CLEARANCE_HOLE_STANDARD_DIR=
UGII_THREADED_HOLE_STANDARD_DIR=
UGII_DRILL_SIZE_HOLE_STANDARD_DIR=


...are pointing to the above UGII/modeling_standards folder.
