APPLYING RULES TO ASSEMBLY IN NX7.5

Does anybody know that how can we apply some rules to the parts made in NX7.5 to assemble them according to specific patterns automatically.I mean apply some "if....then..."conditions when i assemble the parts.I have 50 parts in 10 groups of 5 parts.each group has similar shape but different dimension. I want to apply rules like what we do in "knowledge base"to assemble them automatically and make eg. 10 configurations.

You can make use of family table, where you can use the parameters of the constraints in the table or turn components ON/OFF to achieve different kinds of configurations.

thank you for your help.but how we can do what you said in nx7.5.where can i define such a family table and how can i apply the rules or conditions or constraints to the parts of that table?

Or make use of assembly arrangements. You can find more about in the help files. The basic principle is that you create different states in our assy, lets say like a door assy could be open/half open/closed.
