Some questions to help you assess if your core is enough to bear the floors.
1. What is the grade of concrete?
2. What is grade of reinforcement are you using?
3. What is the thickness of your core?
4. What will be the floor usage? (residential, commercial) Any heavy loads?

Shear walls are typically designed for lateral forces. Using the 8m (roughly 27') to scale the drawing, I bet your cores work for 13-storey building of this size depending on thickness and material grade. In fact, 3 cores? That's a lot, but I only see one column and don't know the architectural intent.

But think about the above questions when submitting your project
