Army corps of engineers permitting and time for placing a stream in a box culvert

Does anyone have an estimate on the amount of time and money that would be required to obtain permitting through the Corps on placing 360 feet of stream in two 6' high x 9' wide box culvert? I attached a photo for the project that will be in Georgia.

Probably 6 to 18 months, depending on NEPA and how simple the project is.
