5.3.2.1 General
To ensure that the tank will not buckle due to wind action, the following shall apply:
(a) Wall panels shall be designed in accordance with this Section to withstand wind
buckling from wind actions determined from Section 4. Irrespective of any
requirements for circumferential stiffeners, circularity of the tank shall be ensured at
roof and base levels.

Going to AWWA D103-09 I find the wind pressure is calculated using Cf=0.6 which appears to be approximately equivalent to AS2034 "the aerodynamic shape factor (Cfig) (see Note) shall be taken as 0.63.
Am I correct that the reference pressure used for assessing wind buckling would be calculated using a coefficient of pressure of 0.63?
