Referance ASCE 7-10 Fig 30.4-1 (Same in ASCE 7-05 but different section)
The GCp for wall components and cladding may be reduced by 10% if the roof slope is less than 10deg. Does this mean for a GCp of say 0.7 would be 0.7-(0.1*0.7)=0.63 as opposed to 0.7-0.1=0.6 ?

Thanks in Advance

Please avoid using too many decimals. The entire ASCE 7 loading scheme is an estimate. Taking it to even one extra decimal place is a waste of time and may unnecessarily complicate the design. Round up, and keep in mind that there is so much variation in things like wind and floor loading, that you can't expect to make a better building with a sharper pencil. We usually end up guessing about and estimating for things like roofing materials, floor coverings fire sprinkler, and HVAC loads, because these aren't designed (or even selected) by the time our work is complete.
