I'm currently working on a project where one of the "corner" is 130°. I have searched everywhere in ASCE 7-10 to find out what the maximum angle can be for a wall zone to be considered a corner. Will I have to consider this area as a corner zone?

I haven't seen anything in the code about this but I'd go with engineering judgment on this one and say it's not a corner.

I'd go the other way - any semblance of a corner will create interruptions in the laminar wind flow and cause higher stresses.
For 130 degree...perhaps not as much as a 90 degree....but you don't have anything else to go on except being conservative or paying for a wind tunnel test.

170° or less is a corner zone.

Background information can be found in "SEAW/ATC-60 Commentary on Wind Code Provisions"

Check the commentary of ASCE 7-16. There is information regarding corners of that nature. That indicates an included interior angle greater than 135 need not be considered as a corner. So your 130 degrees would just qualify as a corner.

ajh1 - good find!
