Does anybody know the best way to contact to ASCE? I have some questions about ASCE 10-97, i have tried to send an email to ASCE.org and STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING INSTITUTE, but i have not recieved any answer.

You could write to the members of the Committee responsible for developing the Standard. Getting their e-mail address may be a challenge. I wrote to one of the members but never got an answer back. I am afraid I am not at liberty to pass on that member's e-mail address.

Contacting ASCE over the phone or looking at conference proceedings to see whether a committee member has given his/her contact information may be the only way to go.
