Have the wind speeds only changed from 115 mph to 110 mph? how do I convert the wind speeds from ASCE7-16 to ASCE7-05 basic wind speeds?
Did the Velocity pressure equation change from 05 to 16?

Velocity pressure is pure physics ...cannot change :)

ASCE 7-10 and ASCE 7-16 wind speeds are based on the same criteria. They have simply fine tuned the interior of the country rather than having a flat 115 mph minimum. Conversion from -16 to -05 would be the same as for -10 to -05. Note that there are now 4 wind speed maps rather than 3 maps. Risk Category III and IV have been separated into separate maps.

I believe you can also interpolate between contours now.
